Payment requirements: A deposit of $100 per person is required at time of booking. An additional $200 per person is due by September 1, 2004 ($300 deposit for bookings made after September 1, 2004). Final payment is due no later than October 20, 2004. Those booking prior to September 1, 2004, will enjoy an additional surprise.

Cancellation policy:  No penalty for cancellations prior to August 1, 2004.  $100 penalty August 1-September 1, 2004. Penalty is 90% of cruise price between September 1-November 13, 2004. NO REFUND after November 13, 2004. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to Fan Club Cruises within the time indicated. Insurance, including Trip cancellation insurance, is available and is highly recommended (click here for benefits). Following prices are based on current 2004 prices and are subject to change when 2005 prices are announced. The price for up to $1000 coverage is $70 per person. Pre-existing conditions covered if insurance is purchased with deposit. 

Change of Address:  If passengers change their address and do not notify Fan Club Cruises prior to shipment of documents, there will be a $50 charge to reroute or resend documents, if there is still time to do so.  Otherwise, they will need to pick up their documents when they get to the pier and will not get the information before departing. If airline tickets are involved, there may be additional charges for reissuing the tickets.  Advising the US Postal Service is not adequate since we sometimes use other companies to deliver documents.

Documentation required: Valid U. S. passport or birth certificate with a raised seal (hospital birth certificates do not qualify) and government-issued photo ID.  Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation.

Air and other arrangements to get there: You may drive to Miami or fly from most major cities. Rates vary with city of departure. Western cities may require a one-night pre-cruise stay. Air tickets (including transportation between the airport and the ship) may be purchased from the cruise line along with your cruise, but fares are frequently higher than you can get on your own.

Responsibility:  Melissa Ferrick  will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to her agreement with Fan Club Cruises.  Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent her from sailing.  In the unlikely event that she is not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s).  In the event of such an occurrence, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers.  Normal cruise line cancellation penalties will apply to passenger cancellations within 75 days of departure.  

Notes: Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy. Some cruise lines also do not allow a guest under age 21 in a cabin unless accompanied by an adult age 25 or older except for married couples or with parents in adjoining cabin.

Fan Club Cruises reserves the right to cancel cruise with full refund if 30 cabins are not sold by 11/04/04.
