*Rates are cruise only, per person, based on two people sharing the cabin. Rate for a 3rd or 4th person in the cabin is $749 per person and might require upgrading to a higher priced category that will hold more than two people. Taxes and fees of $156.87 per person (subject to change) are additional for all categories. Rates for single occupancy of a cabin are: Category E3--$2758; H--$2178; N--$1778 (all plus the $$156.87 taxes and fees). The cruise line reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge up to $70 per person if the price of fuel exceeds $65 per barrel.

Single person in a cabin: If you do not have a cabinmate but would like to save the extra cost of traveling as a single, Fan Club Cruises will be happy to try to help you find a compatible cabinmate. Please indicate on your reservation that you are seeking a cabinmate. We will watch for another person of the same gender also seeking a cabinmate and give both of you the contact information of the other so you can decide if you want to share.

Payment requirements: A deposit of $300 per person is required at time of booking. Final payment is due no later than January 31, 2011. We suggest you book this cruise early, since the cruise line reserves the right to take back space if they need it and we cannot guarantee that space will still be available if this should happen. $50 discount per cabin for bookings before November 1, 2010.

Cancellation policy: No penalty for cancellations prior to December 20, 2010. $100 per person penalty December 21, 2010 - March 15, 2011. Penalty is 90% of cruise price between March 16-April 28, 2011. NO REFUND after April 28, 2011. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by Fan Club Cruises within the time indicated. Insurance, including Trip cancellation insurance, is available and is highly recommended (click here for benefits). The price for up to $1000 coverage is $54 ($77 for $1001- $1500; $99 for $1501-$2000; $125 for $2001-$2500; $145 for $2501-$3000) per person. Pre-existing conditions and supplier default are covered if insurance is purchased prior to final payment. If paying by credit card, a separate charge will be processed for the insurance and will show on your credit card statement as Dorphil Associates, Inc., or Fan Club Cruises)

Change of Address: If passengers change their address and do not notify Fan Club Cruises prior to shipment of documents, there will be a $50 charge to reroute or resend documents, if there is still time to do so. Otherwise, they will need to pick up their documents when they get to the pier and will not get the information before departing. If airline tickets are involved, there may be additional charges for reissuing the tickets. Advising the US Postal Service is not adequate since we sometimes use other companies to deliver documents.

Documentation required: Valid U. S. passport. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation.

Air and other arrangements to get there: You may drive or fly to Vancouver and return from Anchorage from most major cities. Rates vary with city of departure. Air tickets (including transportation between the airport and the ship) may be purchased from the cruise line along with your cruise, but fares are frequently higher than you can get on your own. When obtaining your airline tickets, be sure to arrive by noon and depart no earlier than 1:00pm.

Responsibility: Tony Furtado will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to his agreement with Fan Club Cruises. Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent him from sailing. In the unlikely event that he is not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s). In the event of such an occurrence, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers. Normal cruise line cancellation penalties will apply to passenger cancellations within 75 days of departure.

Notes: Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy. Some cruise lines also do not allow a guest under age 21 in a cabin unless accompanied by an adult age 25 or older except for married couples or with parents in adjoining cabin.

We highly recommend you not purchase non-refundable airline tickets until after the final payment due dates.
