"Fun Day" at Sea New Orleans, Louisiana Payment requirements: A deposit of $250 per person is required at time of booking. Final payment is due no later than October 31, 2007. Book early--space is limited in some categories. Please note that prices increase after September 1, 2007. Cancellation policy: $100 per person penalty for cancellations up to October 31, 2007. Penalty is 90% of cruise price between November 1-December 22, 2007. NO REFUND after December 22, 2007. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to Fan Club Cruises within the time indicated. Insurance, including Trip cancellation insurance, is available and is highly recommended (click here for benefits and prices). Pre-existing conditions covered if insurance is purchased with deposit. Change of Name and/or Address: If passengers change their address and do not notify Fan Club Cruises prior to shipment of documents, there will be a $50 charge to reroute or resend documents, if there is still time to do so. Otherwise, they will need to pick up their documents when they get to the pier and will not get the information before departing. If airline tickets are involved, there may be additional charges for reissuing the tickets. Advising the US Postal Service is not adequate since we sometimes use other companies to deliver documents. Name changes after final payment are subject to the cruise line's penalty plus $25. Documentation required: Valid U. S. passport or birth certificate with a raised seal (hospital birth certificates do not qualify) and government-issued photo ID. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation. Air and other arrangements to get there: You may drive or fly from most major cities to New York. Rates vary with city of departure. Air tickets (including transportation between the airport and the ship) may be purchased from the cruise line along with your cruise, but fares are frequently higher than you can get on your own. If you purchase your airline tickets separately, be sure your flight arrives by 1:00pm and that your return flight departs no earlier than 1:00pm. Responsibility: The performers will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to their agreement with Falcon Ridge, Kerrville and Fan Club Cruises. Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent him from sailing. In the unlikely event that they are not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s). In the event of such an occurrence, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers. Normal cruise line cancellation penalties will apply to passenger cancellations within 75 days of departure due to change or absence of performers. Note: Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy. Some cruise lines also do not allow a guest under age 21 in a cabin unless accompanied by an adult age 25 or older except for married couples or with parents in adjoining cabin.
