Payment requirements: A deposit of $250 per person is required at time of booking. Final payment is due no later than January 20, 2008. Book early - space limited in some categories.  Early-bird gift for those booking by October 31, 2007. Note: $20 fee for international delivery of documents.

Cancellation policy:  $100 per person penalty for cancellations prior to January 20, 2008. Penalty is 90% of cruise price between January 21-April 5, 2008. NO REFUND after April 5, 2008. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to Fan Club Cruises within the time indicated. Travel Insured's Worldwide Trip Protector insurance is highly recommended. Protection includes trip cancellation/interruption coverage for reasons of illness or death of yourself or a family member. The insurance also includes coverage for emergency medical, baggage loss or delay, travel accident and 24-hour assistance. Supplier default is also included. Please call 800-243-3174 for any questions or full details on coverage. Price is $65 per person for up to $800 coverage; $70 for up to $1000; or $85 for up to $1500 (click here for benefits). Pre-existing conditions covered if insurance is purchased with deposit. 

Change of Address:  If passengers change their address and do not notify Fan Club Cruises prior to shipment of documents, there will be a $50 charge to reroute or resend documents, if there is still time to do so.  Otherwise, they will need to pick up their documents when they get to the pier and will not get the information before departing. If airline tickets are involved, there may be additional charges for reissuing the tickets.  Advising the US Postal Service is not adequate since we sometimes use other companies to deliver documents.

Documentation required: Valid U. S. passport is required.  Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation.

Air and other arrangements to get there: You may drive or fly to Ft. Lauderdale from most major cities. Rates vary with city of departure. Air tickets (including transportation between the airport and the ship) may be purchased from the cruise line along with your cruise, but fares are frequently higher than you can get on your own. If you purchase your airline tickets separately, be sure your flight arrives by 1:00pm and that your return flight departs no earlier than 1:00pm.  Parking is available at the port in Ft. Lauderdale.

Responsibility:  Charlie Zahm  will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to his agreement with Fan Club Cruises.  Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent him from sailing.  In the unlikely event that he is not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s).  In the event of such an occurrence, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers.  Normal cruise line cancellation penalties will apply to passenger cancellations within 75 days of departure.  

Note: Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy. Some cruise lines also do not allow a guest under age 21 in a cabin unless accompanied by an adult age 25 or older except for married couples or with parents in adjoining cabin.

We highly recommend that you not purchase non-refundable airline tickets until after the final payment due date.
