but would like to save the extra cost of traveling as a single, Fan Club Cruises
will be happy to try to help you find a compatible cabinmate. Please
indicate on your reservation that you are seeking a cabinmate. We will
watch for another person of the same gender also seeking a cabinmate and give

Payment requirements: A deposit of $250 per person is required at time of booking. Final payment is due by January 10, 2008. Book early--space is limited in some categories. Special surprise for those booking by September 15, 2007. Note: $20 fee for international delivery of documents. Cancellation policy: No penalty for cancellations prior to July 31, 2007. $100 per person penalty August 1, 2005-Steptember 15, 2007. Penalty is 90% of cruise price between September 16-December 18, 2007. NO REFUND after December 18, 2007. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to Fan Club Cruises within the time indicated. Insurance, including Trip cancellation insurance, is available and is highly recommended (click here for benefits and prices). Pre-existing conditions covered if insurance is purchased with deposit. Change of Name and/or Address: If passengers change their address and do not notify Fan Club Cruises prior to shipment of documents, there will be a $50 charge to reroute or resend documents, if there is still time to do so. Otherwise, they will need to pick up their documents when they get to the pier and will not get the information before departing. If airline tickets are involved, there may be additional charges for reissuing the tickets. Advising the US Postal Service is not adequate since we sometimes use other companies to deliver documents. Name changes after final payment are subject to the cruise line's penalty (usually $35 - $50) plus $25. Documentation required: Valid U. S. passport is required for U.S. citizens. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should check with their embassy for proper documentation. Air and other arrangements to get there: You may drive to New York or fly from most major cities. Rates vary with city of departure. If you are purchasing airline tickets, you can purchase roundtrip transfers between the airport and the ship for approximately $100 per person from New York area airports (prices subject to change). Transfers may be purchased with final payment. Be sure your flight arrives by 1:00pm and that your return flight departs no earlier than 1:00pm. Responsibility: Amy Speace will be sailing on this cruise and providing entertainment for participants according to her agreement with Fan Club Cruises. Only serious illness, injury or death would prevent her from sailing. In the unlikely event that she is not able to sail, every effort will be made to provide replacement entertainer(s). In the unlikely event of such an occurrence, normal cruise line cancellation penalties will apply to passenger cancellations within 75 days of departure due to change or absence of performers. If performances are cancelled, all passengers will receive a refund of the fee designated for the performers. Note: Cruise lines have rules regarding accepting passengers in the later stages of pregnancy. Please check if you will be six months or later in a pregnancy. Some cruise lines also do not allow a guest under age 21 in a cabin unless accompanied by an adult age 25 or older except for married couples or with parents in adjoining cabin.
